Hey, I'm Josh. With 20 years of experience in real estate (10 of those international) and a deep love for Belize and the Yucatan Peninsula, I’m here to help you find your perfect home and/or investment property.

I started my journey in Carthage, Missouri, but always knew I wanted more than small-town life. After working in corporate America in Dallas, TX, I jumped into real estate and never looked back.

Now, I run a top brokerage in Belize and have expanded my services to the Yucatan region in Mexico. I love what I do, and I’m here to make your real estate journey smooth and enjoyable.

I’m a huge Tex-Mex fan. I’ve been known to make special trips to Dallas just because I miss the food so much.

I love exploring new places and discovering hidden gems. Every chance I get, I'm boarding a plane.

My pets are a big part of my life. Chief, the Rottie; Sassy Lou, the Aussie; and El Gato, the cat, keep things interesting! 😅
